All our products are made in house. Our recipes are created by our butcher based on old family recipes and some new twists.
We take orders starting November 1st for Thanksgiving, December 1st for Christmas and New Years. Smoked Turkeys, Prime Rib and Smoked Hams for your holiday table. We create special baskets for special holidays. We also offer gift certificates.
